Forgot the password?: Drop the certificate and choose "Forgot your password?". A code goes to the email written in the certificate; with it, you set a new password and get a new certificate file.
Lost the PDF?: We keep no copy: the certificate is the license, like a key. Store it with your backups, and keep the folder you downloaded at purchase.
New computer?: Nothing to transfer. Drop the same certificate here from any browser and download the plug-in again.
Can a colleague use mine?: No. A certificate is personal and names its holder. A certificate found shared may be revoked, and a revoked certificate downloads nothing.
